Welcome Back, Ross Rams!

There is nothing quite like the first day of school! Today, our hallways and classrooms are once again filled with the students, families, and staff who make Ross Local Schools such a special place to learn, grow, and belong.

We are excited for all that is ahead this year and grateful to have our Ross Rams back together again. As we begin the 2026-2027 school year, Superintendent Dr. Bill Rice has a special welcome message for our families and community.

This school year will also be an important one for the future of Ross Local Schools. Our community is coming together to develop a new strategic plan that will help guide where we go next while preserving the traditions, relationships, and sense of community that make Ross, Ross.

This fall, Dr. Rice will host four Community Conversations, and we want our Ross families and community at the table. These conversations will give students, families, staff, community members, alumni, and business and community partners an opportunity to share what matters to them and what they believe is possible for the future of Ross.
